What size company do you work with?
Most clients are between €2M and €80M in revenue with an in-house marketing lead already in place. Below that, a retainer rarely pays for itself.
How fast can you start?
Diagnosis usually begins within two weeks of signature. We cap the roster at eight clients, so availability moves quarter by quarter.
Do you take a cut of media spend?
Never. Flat monthly fee, your ad accounts, your data, your creative. Commission models quietly reward spending more, not earning more.
What if we already have an agency?
Then the diagnosis is still useful. We will tell you honestly whether the problem is your partner, your positioning or your product.
